Orders Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

We offer reliable shipping across all of Canada through Stallion Express. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and package dimensions. Expedited Shipping

International Shipping

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over CA$150 within Canada. This discount is automatically applied at checkout. Free shipping orders will be processed using the most cost-effective shipping method available.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. You can track your order on our website or through the shipping provider’s tracking system. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us for assistance.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2-3 business days before contacting us. Sometimes, shipping delays occur due to weather, postal disruptions, or peak holiday seasons. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim and provide a resolution.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@haannippers.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will address each case individually and either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations & Order Modifications

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Holiday Shipping Delays

During peak shopping seasons such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season, order processing times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid potential delays.
